This is twice over used Apex moving and storage, first was just a move into storage so insurance could fix my floor. This one was a for a move half way across the country. I wasn't knowing what to think. From the time I first called Billie I knew I was in good hands. She explained everything and answered every question I came up with. I moved the end of April, I just finished unpacking in my new home last week, that's why the delay in doing a review. I knew something had to be broken. Well NOTHING was broken, NOTHING was damaged, everything was perfect. I have nothing but praise for this company. Thank you. From Billy, to James who did the estimate, to the Packers and loaders and truck driver, A+ job!! I wonder if they'll come back here and load me up and bring me back home. They were courteous, helpful and very positive. They made sure to put everything on the truck, even smaller items I was planning to haul myself. When i called, Apex Moving & Storage, i was frazzled and about at my last raw nerve. I had been calling moving companies, local and national, only to find out everyone is moving and no one was available!Then, Billi (sp?) answered the phone at Apex Moving & Storage. If she is any indication of the crew that's coming to move my stuff to storage, it's going to be a great move!!I told Billi what i needed and when and she helped me "choreograph the dance"!
