This is twice over used Apex moving and storage, first was just a move into storage so insurance could fix my floor. This one was a for a move half... way across the country. I wasn't knowing what to think. From the time I first called Billie I knew I was in good hands. She explained everything and answered every question I came up with. I moved the end of April, I just finished unpacking in my new home last week, that's why the delay in doing a review. I knew something had to be broken. Well NOTHING was broken, NOTHING was damaged, everything was perfect. I have nothing but praise for this company. Thank you. From Billy, to James who did the estimate, to the Packers and loaders and truck driver, A+ job!! I wonder if they'll come back here and load me up and bring me back home. I have had Apex move me twice in the past 5 years. Both times, they had the lowest prices and had very good reviews. They are very hard workers and... will ensure all of your belongings go exactly where you want them. They know how many movers and trucks you will need after a short inventory of your house. We were having new floors installed in our house and needed to have the heaviest furniture . including a 127 year old upright grand piano, moved into... our garage. The flooring installer recommended Apex. It was a great choice. The Apex team came and moved the furniture into our garage and the piano into an area where the floor wasn't being replaced. The piano weighs around 700 pounds. They took great care to make sure everything was moved quickly and safely. When the flooring installation was completed, another team came to move everything back. I was especially nervous because the flooring installers said the piano could tear up the new floor if not moved carefully.. The movers took great care in making sure this did not happen. In fact, they took great care in making sure none of the furniture would cause damage to the new floor. It was truly a pleasure working with such a professional group of movers from our first contact with the relocation consultant and the office personnel to the actual movers themselves. I would highly recommend using this company.read more

I got out of an abusive relationship. My ex withheld my property from me and finally gave me one, short notice day that hired movers could come and... pick up my property. Would recommend.First downside however is that we requested a wardrobe and mattress cover for our move, and the move team... was underprepared by not having those items (after reviewing the mover’s instructions they were not listed by the relocation consultant). My recommendation for anyone using this service is to have the relocation consultant reiterate what items will be provided by the movers, and to specifically have them listed on the “move notes” and not just the “consultant notes” (you will only see these notes when the movers arrive).Second downside was that the movers were late. We were given an arrival time of 8:15-9:15 and they arrived at 9:35.read more

I called last week to schedule an interior move so we could get carpet installed, then had to cancel at the last minute. Wendy was really nice about... it. Then I called this morning letting her know we needed their help after all. She said she would check everyone's schedule and call me back. She called about 15 minutes later stating she could get a couple guys over to us in a couple hours. She set us up for a one hour move. The guys got here right on time and moved our furniture in 15 minutes. They were so nice. Since it only took them 15 minutes, the main guy handling the paperwork called their office and got them to take $30 off the original quote. Then they offered to move a large sectional that we were going to move ourselves. Talk about 5 star service. I hope we get the same guys back when we need them to put the furniture back!read more

So we used apex movers because they were hired by the military to move us from lake stevens Washington to Bremerton Washington over all a 2 hr move... south. I have to say the packers were nice they were cool and very polite. However i feel like they didnt pack as well as they could have. While unpacking i found 3 broken glasses two of which went to a nice set my husbands grandparents gave to us our tv stand which is wooden and had some scuff marks on it before was missing the front piece of wood. My bed which was only 2 years old is now dipping badly in the middle when it wasnt before the move. When they came and did the pack out they forgot to check my pantry and ended up leaving behind 4 boxes granted they came back and got them that same day but still. There are a few more little things ive noticed as ive continued to unpack as well. Like my blu ray player was packed into a box and had other stuff piled on top of it with no bubble wrap or any such protection for it now it randomly turns itself off and on when it never did that before. My printer was also packed like my blu ray player was with no bubble wrap or protection for it just put into a box and had stuff piled on and around it. Like i said the staff was nice and personable and they were at least on time and kept in contact with us thru out the process but i feel like they could and should have taken more care to pack things and double or tripple wrap and pack them especially glass items or electronics and furniture.read more
